Matthew 25:35
"Lending a helping hand to those in need"

Zephaniah Children's Home

We make periodic mission trips to Nuevo Laredo supporting Karen Salinas in her efforts to help raise orphans in a loving and Christian enviornment.  We have helped Karen's ministry in a variety of ways.  We suppport her financially, have helped her move from a location that we not healthy to her wonderful new facility, we installed a 75 gallon hot water heater, caulked around windows and added plastic around the windows to insulate against the cold.

Ken and Judy Clifford last visited the Children's Home in March 2009.

Karen needs yourr financial support and your hands on help.  Please call Ken Clifford at (210) 415-2885 or email him at cliffordkr@hughes.net for more information on how you can help or for information about our next mission trip to Zephaniah Children's Home.

I wanted to thank all of our volunteers for your dedication and service to Cowboy Fellowship and Matthew 25:35 in our efforts to help 3C Cowboy Church with it's building project.  3C Cowboy Church's Leadership has expressed their sincere appreciation to us for our help.  3C provided hotel rooms for us, breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon.  Their hospitality is greatly appreciated!

We installed OSB Board as interior siding for the 3C Cowboy Church in Salado.  The interior walls are 12 foot tall and we hung over 130 sheets of OSB.

I thank all of our volunteers for your faithful service.

Yours in Christ,

Odis White

COWBOYS FOR HEROES

On March 27th & 28th 2009

The Cowboy Fellowship Matthew 25:35 team helped out Chuckwagons for Christ in their event at the Brooks Army Medical Center "Cowboys for Heroes".

From noon to 2:00 on Friday the 27th four team members helped Rod Skelton's "Spurs and the Cross" ministry pass out hand made, patriotic afghans to wounded soldiers in the outpatient treatment center at B.A.M.C.  Our team members thanked the soldiers for their service and sacrifices for their country and ministered to them.

On Saturday four of our team members assisted the Chuckwagons for Christ ministry of Victoria to put on the main event.  We helped with getting ice to the chuckwagon teams, parking and with the mutton bustin' for the kids

Keep an eye on our Saturday and Sunday service bulletins for upcoming events and please consider volunteering to help us out from time to time.

For more information, contact Odis White during business hours at (830) 569-2000.

Lending A Helping Hand To Those In Need

Matthew 25:35 Gospel

35 "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."

37 Then the righteous will answer him, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'"

40 The King will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

    We Are A Hands-On Ministry!!!

Our mission is to glorify God and expand the Kingdom of Heaven by giving every member of Cowboy Fellowship the opportunity to participate in hands-on Christian Service Missions that align with the challenge put to us by the Matthew 25:35-40 Gospel which instructs us to help the most vulnerable of our sisters and brothers as we would Jesus Christ himself.
