 Please make sure that when making tags for the kids, etc. that you number the sign in sheet 101, 102, etc. for the Nursery and 201, 202, etc. for the Toddler room for however many kids we have. Then make sure that the number the parent signs the child's name by is also on all the tags. Example: Kadi is signed in by #201, so all 3 of her tags will have 201-Kadi.
Tag for her bag, tag for her back, and small neon colored tag/or white tag for the parent. Also, parents need to know that whoever is listed as the one to pick up the child is the only one who can pick up the child. That person must have the colored tag to pick up the child. They can write more than one person's name to pick up the child, but they must have the tag. Make sure that parents' know that if we need them, we will flash their number up on the screen in the sanctuary so they can come check on their child.
